Our high-temperature resistant steel alloys ideal for industrial boilermaking

  • ALLOY 80-20: One of its main applications is the manufacture of electrical resistors which, under certain circumstances, can be used up to temperatures of 1,150ºC.
  • ALLOY 600: High performance due to its mechanical properties and resistance to oxidation up to 1,150ºC; it is used in the construction of elements for furnaces in general, reactor vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
  • ALLOY 601: Good performance at temperatures above 1,000ºC due to the formation of a protective chromium-aluminum layer, which does not detach under heat cycles; used for the manufacture of furnace parts (radiant tubes, muffles, etc.) and heat treatment tools.
  • ALLOY DS: Excellent performance in oxidizing atmospheres up to 1.000ºC under acyclic conditions of cold-heat thermal processes and in atmospheres with high nitrogen content (dissociated ammonia); it is used for the manufacture of furnace parts and heat treatment tools.
  • ALLOY 800: Good behavior in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, like Alloy 600, 601 and DS alloys; does not form “sigma phase”; used for high temperature process equipment.
  • AISI-310: High resistance to oxidation up to temperatures of 1,100ºC; used in the manufacture of furnace parts, heat treatment tools, refractory wire cloths, etc.

Our corrosion-resistant steel alloys ideal for industrial boilermaking

  • ALLOY 825: Remarkable corrosion resistance; used for containers or elements in contact with sulfuric and phosphoric acid solutions.
  • AISI-316L: Improves the properties of AISI-316 against corrosion, as a consequence of its low C content. Used in the construction of exchangers, condensers, etc.
  • AISI-316: Good behavior against phosphoric acid attack up to 40ºC, hydrochloric acid diluted to 1% at 20ºC and certain concentrations of sulfuric acid at 20ºC. Used for the naval, chemical, textile, etc. industries.
  • AISI-304L: Improves the properties of AISI-304 against intergranular corrosion, as a consequence of its low C content.
  • AISI-304: Resistant to the most common corrosive attacks and maintains good mechanical characteristics at cryogenic temperatures.

Our ideal alloys for stainless steel enamelings

  • ALLOY 600: High performance due to its mechanical properties and resistance to oxidation up to 1,150ºC; it is used in the construction of furnace elements in general.
  • ALLOY 601: Good performance at temperatures above 1,000ºC due to the formation of a protective chromium-aluminum layer, which does not detach under thermal cycles; used for the manufacture of furnace parts (radiant tubes, tools, etc.).
  • ALLOY 602: Like ALLOY-601 alloy, it does not form “sigma phase”. Good corrosion resistance. Use similar to ALLOY-601 alloy.
  • ALLOY DS: Excellent behavior in oxidizing atmospheres up to 1,000ºC under acyclic conditions of thermal processes of cold-heat and in atmospheres with high nitrogen content (dissociated ammonia); it is used for the manufacture of furnace spare parts, tools, etc.
  • ALLOY 800: Good behavior in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, as ALLOY 600, 601, 602 and DS alloys; it does not form “sigma phase”, it is used for high temperature process equipment.
  • AISI-310: High resistance to oxidation up to temperatures of 1,100ºC; it is used in the manufacture of furnace parts, tools, etc.
  • AISI-314: Its high Si content gives it greater resistance to high temperatures than AISI-310, being 1,150ºC its limit of use in oxidizing atmospheres. It is used for the manufacture of furnaces, tools, etc.
  • AISI-430: Ferrous material. Good corrosion resistance. Used for elements and components of enameling furnaces.
